This is the third installment of the 3-part series Nikon D800 comparison videos. If you missed the first and second parts, you can check them out HERE and HERE. With its groundbreaking image quality for a 35mm digital camera, the Nikon D800 has been compared to digital medium format camera systems. To look into these comparisons, The Camera Store’s Chris Niccolls went out with Michelle Ramberg and Dale Roth or Roth and Ramberg to compare the D800 to a Hasselblad H4D-40 medium format, widely considered the best digital cameras ever produced.
I’m not gonna lie, Dale doesn’t seem to be very fond of the new Nikon D800. You can tell he’s a bit biased, especially when he gives the final comments at the end. Frankly, for a $3000 camera to perform almost like a medium format that’s 40 megapixels, I say it’s a win. What say you?
